Currently we have developed, and are offering, three software products specifically designed for use in the automotive industry. These products are only suited for large to medium sized automotive dealerships that have a high turnover in inventory. Currently only one of our products has one direct competitor within Australia; importantly our product is far superior in benefits and offered at the same price, being of greater value to customers. Customers will enter a licence agreement and pay a monthly licence fee to use our software. In addition this will create a steady and regular cash flow. Additional services offered will include staff training to operate installed applications, charged at an hourly rate. Our current products on offer include the following: - Schedule Reconciler Reconciles the dealerships stock listing to accounting schedule. Example new and Used Inventory and GST Reconciliations. - Floorplan Reconciler Reconciles the dealerships financier listing to accounting schedule. Report includes simple, detailed floorplan reconciliations and potential floorplan overdues. - QT Statement Converter Processes and converts a dealership's daily 'QT Account Statement' so that it can be automatically uploaded as a complete journal entry into their DMS. In addition we will provide consulting and advice on how to improve accounting process built around the software.
